Graphic Novels for High School Students

Graphic novels combine words on the printed page with a “comic book”-like style of artwork that work together to tell a story. On the high school level, the artwork and the text are both sophisticated – many deal with mature subject matters more so than a simple comic books. If you have never read a graphic novel, you might want to start with some of the titles listed in the attached document (all of the titles are available in the UHS Library collection).
